Terms of Service

Welcome to ImmiHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ImmiHub, Inc. ("ImmiHub," "we," "us"), a Delaware corporation. They apply to the ImmiHub app and the immihub.ai website. By creating an account or using ImmiHub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ImmiHub. We wrote these Terms in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us at support@immihub.ai.

1. What ImmiHub is

ImmiHub is a document vault and deadline tracker for immigration documents. In the current version, you can:

  • Upload and store immigration documents (Passport, I-94, I-797 Approval Notice, Visa Stamp, Spouse EAD)
  • Have our software read expiry dates from your documents, which you review and confirm
  • Receive reminders before your documents expire (currently 180 and 90 days before)
  • See alerts and checklists inside the app
  • Track USCIS case status for receipt numbers you add, if you use our case tracking feature

ImmiHub is currently in beta. Features may change, improve, or occasionally break while we build. We will always tell you about material changes (see Section 11).

2. ImmiHub is not a law firm

ImmiHub does not provide legal advice, and using ImmiHub does not create an attorney-client relationship. Everything in the app — reminders, alerts, checklists, extracted dates, and case status information — is general information to help you stay organized. It is not advice about your specific situation.

Immigration decisions have serious consequences. For advice about your case, talk to a licensed immigration attorney. For official information and case processing, rely on uscis.gov and your official government notices — not on ImmiHub.

3. Who can use ImmiHub

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, truthful information, to upload only genuine documents that belong to you, and not to impersonate anyone else.

4. Your account

You create an account with your email address, which we verify with a code. Keep your login access secure — your account contains sensitive documents. Tell us right away at support@immihub.ai if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

5. Your documents stay yours

You own your documents and your information. By uploading documents, you give ImmiHub permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you — for example, reading dates so we can set your reminders. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

We never sell your data, and we never share your documents or immigration information with your employer.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload fraudulent, altered, or fake documents
  • Use ImmiHub for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with our systems
  • Copy or resell the service

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules. Where reasonably possible, we will warn you first.

7. Reminders help you — they do not replace you

ImmiHub is a tool to help you stay organized. It is not a guarantee. Extracted dates can contain errors (that is why you confirm them), reminders depend on your notification settings and your device, and case status information comes from USCIS systems we do not control.

You remain responsible for your own immigration obligations and deadlines. Always verify important dates against your original documents and official notices.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep ImmiHub available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features as the product evolves, and we will notify you of material changes.

9. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImmiHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including immigration outcomes, missed deadlines, lost employment, or lost opportunities — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your account

You can close your account and delete all your data at any time: email support@immihub.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We permanently delete your account and data within 45 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms (Section 6). If we ever discontinue ImmiHub entirely, the wind-down commitments in our Privacy Policy apply — advance notice, and the chance to download your documents first.

11. Changes to these Terms

When these Terms change, we will notify you and include a plain-language summary of what changed. For any change that meaningfully affects your rights or how your data is handled, we will ask for your active consent before the change applies to you. Minor edits for clarity take effect when posted. We will never treat continued use alone as agreement to a material change.

12. If ImmiHub changes hands

If ImmiHub is acquired, merges, or shuts down, the commitments in Section 10 of our Privacy Policy apply: we notify you by email before your data goes anywhere, you get the chance to download your documents or delete your account first, and any successor must honor our policies.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, we ask that you contact us at support@immihub.ai so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
